For those unique shipments that fall into the ‘extra oversized shipping’ category, we’ve implemented new rates as well. For some countries you can find the rates on our Online Reseller Platform while ordering. Your dedicated contact person can provide you also more details on pricing and if your shipment involves extra oversized shipping.
And not to forget: Also pallets shipments will have new rates. As pallet shipping prices can vary by country and postal code, we encourage you to contact your sales contactperson for more detailed information.

Oversized shipments
We’ve improved your shopping experience by clearly categorising oversized shipments. The oversized shipping category is now divided into three subcategories.
- Oversized parcels: Shipped by a parcel carrier. The price for one piece is for most countries visible online. By ordering two oversized products or more, your sales contact person will check the most convenient shipping method and prices for you. For countries where you cannot see the oversized prices online, please contact your sales contact person.
- Extra oversized parcels: Shipped by a pallet carrier. Transport prices for single pieces are visible online for most countries. By ordering two oversized products or more, your sales contact person will check the most convenient shipping method and prices for you. For countries where you cannot see the extra oversized prices online, please contact your sales contact person.
- Pallet oversized shipping: Products will be shipped on a pallet. Pallet shipping prices may vary by country and postal code and will not be visible online. Our Customer Care team will calculate the transport prices.
Labels on the product page on the Online Reseller Platform will indicate the respective subcategory to which the products belong. You can find more information on sizes, transport carries and parcel pricing on our webpage.
