Current transport situation
Transport networks across Europe remain under pressure. This may impact delivery times due to:
• A continued shortage of drivers
• Busy hubs prioritising urgent shipments
• Ongoing system updates and reorganisations at major logistics providers
As a result, standard shipment services may experience delays.
Choose the right shipment service
If you are working with critical lead times, it is important that you choose the shipping service that matches your delivery needs. To help you plan ahead and manage delivery expectations, please consider the difference between our shipping services.
Standard Service: This is our standard shipping service for all orders placed throughout all channels and most cost-effective solution. Please note that lead times are estimated and may vary by 1 – 2 working days under current conditions.
Priority / Express Service: This is the best option for time-critical shipments, such as for exhibitions and events. It is our fastest and most efficient shipping service, with parcel delivery typically taking 1 to 2 working days. Please contact our Customer Care team to check express shipment possibilities for your order.
Transport prices remain the same in June
As communicated last month, with the current transport situation, we review our transport prices on a monthly basis. We are pleased to share that there will be no changes to transport pricing for June.
In addition, starting June 1, 2026, we will implement a price adjustment for EUR wooden pallets. This increase is required due to a Europe-wide shortage, which has led to significantly higher procurement costs. Other pallet sizes remain at the current price and will not be adjusted at this stage.
