On Wednesday 17 June, our Sales and Customer Care team will be participating in a training day to further enhance the service and support we provide. As a result, Sales and Customer Care will not be available by phone or email on Wednesday 17 June.
Online orders will be shipped as normal
Orders placed via the Online Reseller Platform will continue to be processed and shipped as usual. Please note that any comments or special instructions added to online orders will not be reviewed on 17 June and therefore cannot be automatically passed on for shipment processing that day.
We kindly ask you to take this into account when planning any inquiries that require assistance from our Sales or Customer Care teams.
