How can I make use of the free shipping?
Easy! When your invoice address and delivery address is within one of the countries listed below, free shipping will be automatically applied in your shopping cart for all non-oversized products above €1000,-.
Free shipping becomes visible in the last step of the shopping cart because it is calculated on the delivery address.
From August 1st 2025 a surcharge will be added to the shipping costs for all products which fall into the category of ‘oversized parcel shipping’, ‘pallet shipping’ and ‘XL pallet shipping’.
Please note:
- Free shipping is only applicable on orders placed on our webshop or via API connection.
- This offer is not valid for products which are marked as oversized, pallet or XL pallet.
Offer valid in: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
Pallet costs
There will still be 6,50 euro calculated per EPAL pallet in case of a one-way pallet. For other types of pallets the pallet fee will be calculated accordingly. These fees are separate from the free shipping. Countries within the EPAL exchange system don’t have to pay this extra fee for receiving pallets (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland and Slovakia).
The XL pallets don’t fall within the EPAL exchange system. An extra fee for the XL pallet will also be calculated per XL pallet. Costs are depending on the size of the XL pallet. For more information, please ask your sales person.
