- What is the Brightbox Pro Flex?

The Brightbox Pro Flex can be used for a wide range of exhibition and event applications – from a compact illuminated backwall to a fully customised, large-scale exhibition stand. Its modular, tool-free design and wheeled carry bag make it ideal for exhibitions and events, where a quick setup and a professional LED presentation are essential. - I want to have a modular event wall, but non-illuminated. Is the Brightbox Pro Flex suitable?
If you’re looking for a modular, non-illuminated setup for events and exhibitions, the FlexFrame would be a great and affordable solution. You can find more information about the FlexFrame on the FlexFrame webpage. - Do you have examples of the Brightbox Pro Flex settings?

- Can I connect multiple Brightboxes Pro Flex Walls together?
Frames with widths of 1 m, 2 m and 3 m can be connected to each other. These frames have a power supply on one side only, allowing a maximum of two frames to be linked. A third frame cannot be connected due to the cable outlet located on the side of the frame. With connectors, you can also create corners or add a roof to build an impressive illuminated stand.
Brightboxes wider than 3 m have power supplies on both sides and therefore cannot be connected directly next to each other.
- I see several connectors for the Brightbox Pro Flex, what is the use of these different connectors?
There are different connectors available for the Brightbox Pro Flex that allow you to create specific stand configurations, giving you the flexibility to set up the exhibition stand according to your customers’ needs.
BBOXPFD-LCONN
Connects two frames at a 90° angle to create a simple L-shaped corner.
BBOXPFD-TCONN2F
Connects one frame at a 90° angle to another frame, forming a T-shaped setup. This connector can be freely placed along the frame profile, giving you a flexible placement of the connecting wall.
BBOXPFD-TCONN3F
Connects three frames together at a 90° angle to create a T-shaped setup. This connector must be mounted at the corner of the frame. The connection point is fixed and cannot be positioned freely within the stand layout.
BBOXPFD-ROOCONN
Used to create a roof construction with a standard Brightbox Pro Flex Wall. These connectors are included as standard when ordering the Brightbox Pro Flex Roof.

- Can I use the Brightbox Pro Flex Wall as a Roof?
Yes, you can use the Brightbox Pro Flex Wall as a Roof. The dimensions of the Wall and Roof are exactly the same, so they are interchangeable. For clarity and convenience, we have created a separate SKU for the roof version.
Please note:
- Walls are supplied with feet for floor placement, you have to disconnect the feet
- To use a Wall as a Roof, you need Roof Connectors. These must be ordered separately if you are converting a Wall into a Roof.
- For Roof applications, we advise using the 2,5 m height and 1 m width version only. This is for safety, stability, and weight reasons.
- How is the Brightbox Pro Flex packed for delivery?
The Brightbox Pro Flex is packed in a reinforced wheeled carry bag, shipped in a carton box.
Small frames (1 x 2,5 m and 1 x 3 m) are packed in one bag and one box. Larger frames are packed in multiple bags and boxes. For example, a 3-box packaging is clearly marked as 1/3, 2/3, 3/3.
The bags are sturdy and equipped with wheels and a pull-out handle. The bags are protected with foam inserts to ensure safe transport.
- Is the Brightbox Pro Flex easy to transport?
Yes, thanks to the reinforced wheeled carry bag, you can easily move this modular illuminated system from event to event.
⯈ Storage Set
- What is included in the Storage Set?
The Storage Set contains four illuminated frames and includes a storage unit with a code lock for secure access. All Storage Set frames have the same size. All connectors and assembly parts for the Storage set are packed separately in one bag for convenient assembly.
- How is the Storage Set packed?
The Storage Set is packed in five boxes and bags: four bags containing the Storage Walls and one additional bag with the connecting materials and Storage mounting kit.
- Can I lock the storage room to keep items secure in public areas?
Yes, the storage room can be locked to keep items secure in public areas. You can create your own lock code.
Please note: The walls are covered with fabric and do not provide solid protection. Therefore, we recommend not storing valuable items inside the storage unit when it is unattended.
- How do I change the lock code of the storage?
There is a small hole on the side of the lock used for changing the password. To reset it, insert a pin into the hole and keep it pressed while selecting your new code in the unlocked position. Don’t forget to scramble the numbers after setting your new code. The default code is 000.
⯈ LED Illumination
- In which parts of the Brightbox Pro Flex Wall profile are the LED lights integrated?
The LED modules are integrated into the upper and lower profiles of the frame. The side profiles do not contain any LED modules. The connection cables are integrated within the side profiles to connect the LED lights between lower and upper profiles.
- Where is the power supply connection location on the Wall?
The power supply connection is located at the bottom side of the wall frame.
- How many transformers are required for a Brightbox Pro Flex Wall?
Frames up to 3 m require one transformer. Larger frames require two transformers to ensure sufficient power supply.
- What is the length of the electrical cable and the transformer cable?
The power cable from the socket (230V) to the transformer is 2,8 m long. The cable from the transformer to the product (24V) is 1,7 m long.

- How easy is it to assemble and disassemble the Brightbox Pro Flex?
The Brightbox Pro Flex features a tool-free assembly and is easy to set up by connecting the frame elements together. However, due to the height and large prints, we recommend assembling higher and wider frames with two people for an easier and safer installation.
- Can one person assemble the Brightbox Pro Flex alone?
A 1 m Brightbox Pro Flex Wall can easily be assembled by one person. However, for wider and higher setups, we always recommend assembling this illuminated exhibition display with two people. - Do you provide installation services?
No, we don’t offer an installation service, but the system is designed to be very easy for anyone to set up on their own.
⯈ Prints
- What material is the graphic?
The graphic material of the Brightbox Pro Flex is Lumina. The Lumina material is a 100% Polyester (PES) woven fabric of 190 g/m2 and features a premium light diffusion coating. It’s considered the highest standard for Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) and it is an excellent choice especially for large graphics. You can fold it for transportation without worrying about visible creases in the print. It combines exceptional quality with practicality. The Lumina material is B1 fire rated, which makes it ideal and safe material to use at exhibitions and events.
- I only need a new graphic. Can I order this seperately?
Yes. Find all graphics on our webshop. Don’t find the graphic in the size you need? Contact your sales contact person and we will support you!
- Do I need a graphic on the front and backside?
Yes, you always need a graphic or a (printed) block-out for the backside. This optimises the LED lighting and ensures controlled, powerful illumination on the front side.
- What are the different options for the graphic on the backside?
We always recommend using a graphic or (printed) block-out on the backside to ensure controlled and powerful LED illumination.
Is the backside of the wall visible and you want it illuminated?
You can order a second printed graphic.
Is the backside of the wall visible but should remain non-illuminated?
You can choose a printed block-out. This is also useful if the wall is placed in front of a window.
Is the backwall not visible, for example placed against a wall?
You can choose a standard white block-out.
- I want to cover several frames with 1 large graphic. Is this possible?
No, it is not possible to cover multiple walls with one large graphic. Each frame has its own silicone edge graphic (SEG) system and requires a separate graphic. If you use one large graphic over multiple frames, the frame profiles would create visible shadows through the print when illuminated.
- I need a new graphic for the roof. Can I use the same graphic as the walls?
Yes, the graphics and print templates for the roof and the walls are the same as long as the frame and roof sizes matches.
- Can I use the same graphic for the Storage as for the 1 m Wall?
Yes, the graphics and print templates for the Storage and the 1 m Wall are the same as of 1 x 2,5 m or 1 x 3 m.
- What is the maximum width for the graphic?
The maximum graphic width is 6 m, which corresponds to the 6 m wide Brightbox Pro Flex Wall.
- Are the graphics B1 certificated?
Yes, the Lumina graphic material is B1 fire rated, which makes it ideal and safe material to use at exhibitions and events.
- Can I use the graphics of the Brightbox Pro Flex also for the Brightbox Double or Brightbox Fold&Go?
Yes, the graphics are interchangeable with the Brightbox Double and Brightbox Fold&Go, as long as the dimensions match.

- What are the height options for the Brightbox Pro Flex Wall?
The Brightbox Pro Flex Wall is available in heights of 2,5 m and 3 m. The maximum height is 3 m.
- What are the height options for the Brightbox Storage Set?
The Brightbox Storage is available in heights of 2,5 and 3 m. The maximum height is 3 m.
- What is the maximum size of the Roof?
The Roof is available in one size only, 2,5 m x 1 m. It is not available in 3 m. This is for safety, stability, and weight reasons. - What is the maximum wall size I can create with the Brightbox Pro Flex?
The maximum wall width you can create with the Brightbox Pro Flex is 6 m. This is also a standard size available to order on our Online Reseller Platform. It is not possible to connect multiple walls that are wider than 3 m directly next to each other, as the power supply is located on both sides at the bottom side of the frame.
You can create larger setups, but the walls cannot be joined seamlessly, due to the cable outlet on the side of the frame. There will be a small gap between the frames. - Is the size of the Brightbox Pro Flex Storage the same as the Brightbox Pro Wall 1 m?
Yes, the Brightbox Pro Flex Storage has the same width as the 1 m Brightbox Pro Flex Wall. Because of this, the same print templates can be used for both the 1 m Wall and the Storage.
- I don’t see the sizes 4 and 5 m in the size selection dropdown. Can I have a 4 or 5 m Brightbox Pro Flex Wall?
The 4 and 5 m widths are not available as standard options in the online selection. If you require a 4 m or 5 m wide Brightbox Pro Flex Wall, we recommend ordering the 6 m version and simply not connecting all frame elements, so you can configure it to 4 m or 5 m as needed.
Graphics and Block-Outs in 4 m and 5 m widths are available to order on the online platform.
