Strategic Account Manager

What is your goal as Strategic Account Manager?

Your goal is to generate revenue by planning, creating and seizing opportunities, developing market share, managing customer loyalty and relationship management with our selected strategic accounts. You collect strategic market information and closely monitor market developments. All activities are carried out in collaboration with an inside sales colleague. In addition to relationship management and maintenance of the current customer base, there is a clear focus on new customers and distributors related to business development. You will be responsible for your customer portfolio and for the New Business Development customer you will work in close relation with our Business Development Director, we currently have a new project for Home Décor starting that will be one of the main business for the next years.

Do you have what it takes?

You are a top scorer with proven experience  who effortlessly converts customer wishes into commercial opportunities. With your systematic approach you convert word into action. Of course you are result-driven and a real networker. We expect you to be a high-level discussion partner for our customers. You put customer satisfaction first and that shows in your conversations. You also love to travel!

Your musthaves:

  • A bachelor degree of a commercially oriented study program;
  • Good proficiency of the German language and you also speak English and Dutch;
  • Know how to manage relationships, how to work in this segment (displays, office) and have at least 5 years of work experience in it;
  • A driver’s license so that you can immediately get into your company car to visit your customers in Europe (mainly Germany and Holland)
  • Preferably experience in Home Décor
